Refund policy

At Core Standards, we want you to be confident in what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at info@corestandard.shop with your order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it. We recommend a trackable service.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
